Emiliano Zapata
The municipality of Emiliano Zapata is located in the central area of the state of Veracruz in the region of the Capital, is one of the 212 municipalities of the entity. It is located at coordinates 19°29 "north latitude and 96°48" west longitude, and Dos Rios, the municipal head, has a height of 940 meters above sea level. The municipality is made up of 132 localities in which 49,476 people live.
The municipality of Emiliano Zapata has its celebrations in the days 1 to 9 of February in which the Virgen de la Candelaria is celebrated as in other municipalities, on March 19 there is a party in honor of San José and on May 31 It also holds a religious celebration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
