Departamento de Gaimán
Gaiman is a department of the province of Chubut, Argentina. It has an area of 11,076 km² and borders the departments of Biedma and Telsen to the north, Mártires to the west, Ameghino to the south, and Rawson to the east. It is crossed by the Chubut River, in whose valley sits almost all its population. Gaiman in the Tehuelche language means "sharpening stone".
