Cantón San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo del Pailón is a canton and port in the province of Esmeraldas, Ecuador. It is located in the northernmost part of the country and is part of the Chocó mega system. Its cantonal head is the city of San Lorenzo, a region of great biodiversity and in which the indigenous cultures of Awá, Chachi,Éperas and Afro-descendants coexist.
