Espita
The municipality of Espita is one of the 106 municipalities in which the Mexican state of Yucatan is divided: its municipal seat is the homonymous town of Espita and it is located in the Region 1 or Litoral Oriente of the state. Municipality with the highest HDI in the state, this being 0.7320, the same figure that Honduras registered in 2007.
