Tlacojalpan
The municipality of Tlacojalpan is located in the southern area of the State of Veracruz in the region called Papaloapan, it is one of the 212 municipalities of the state. It is located at the coordinates 18°14 "north latitude and 95°57" west longitude, and has a height of 10 meters above sea level. The municipality is made up of fifteen localities in which 4,428 people live, it is a municipality categorized as semi-urban. Tlacojalpan has a mainly warm climate, with abundant rains in summer and early autumn. The municipality of Tlacojalpan celebrates its traditional carnival celebrations in the month of April, and on the 15th and 16th of September, the national holidays.
