Talpa de Allende It is one of 125 municipalities that make up the State of Jalisco, Mexico, for its culture, tradition and beautiful mountain landscapes, it is considered one of the 8 Magical Towns. It is located to the west of the state, in the Coast Region Western Sierra.190 kilometers west of La Capital Guadalajara. Its name means "On Earth", its territorial extension is 2,685 km2. According to the II count of population and housing, the municipality has 13,612 inhabitants and is mainly dedicated to the tertiary sector, the municipality houses the image of Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Talpa, which is one of the most visited in the country.
