Watonwan County
The county of Watonwan, founded in 1860 and with its name given by the indigenous word watonwan that means "where the fish abound", is a county of the American state of Minnesota. In the year 2000 it had a population of 11,876 inhabitants with a population density of 11 people per km². The county seat is St. James.
