Nicollet County
Nicollet County, founded in 1853 and named after the explorer Joseph Nicolas Nicollet, is a county in the US state of Minnesota. In the year 2000 it had a population of 29,771 inhabitants with a population density of 25 people per km². The county seat is St. Peter although the largest city is North Mankato.
