Province of Palpa
The Peruvian province of Palpa is one of the five provinces that make up the Department of Ica, under the administration of the regional government of Ica, the only austral, because it does not limit the Pacific Ocean and also the last one to be created. It limits to the north with the Huancavelica Region, to the east with the Ayacucho Region, to the south with the Province of Nazca and to the west with the Province of Ica. It is the only one of the five provinces that has no coastline.
