Departamento de Los Lagos
The Los Lagos department is located in the southern tip of the province of Neuquén, Argentina. The capital of the department is the city of Villa La Angostura, and with the town of Villa Traful they make up the most important settlements of the department. Its demography is completed with places such as Cuyín Manzano, Villa Llanquin, El Portezuelo, Pichi Traful and Confluencia among the most outstanding. Within its territory is the northern area of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, a small part of the Lanín National Park and the Los Arrayanes National Park.
