Departamento de Mburucuyá
Mburucuyá is a department of the province of Corrientes, in the northeast of Argentina, which occupies 961 km² in the northwest region of the province. It limits to the north with the departments Empedrado, San Luis del Palmar and General Paz. It also limits the east with the latter. Mburucuyá also has borders with Concepción to the south, while it borders the department of Saladas to the west. The head of the department is the homonymous Mburucuyá. According to the 2010 census, 9,952 people lived in the department.
