Northamptonshire
Northamptonshire is one of the forty-seven counties of England, United Kingdom, with capital in Northampton. Located in the East Midlands region it borders to the north with Leicestershire and Rutland, to the northeast with Lincolnshire - this is the shortest border between two English counties, only 19 m- to the east with Cambridgeshire, to the southeast with Bedfordshire, to the south with Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire and to the west with Warwickshire.
