West Sussex
West Sussex or West Sussex is one of the forty-seven counties of England, United Kingdom, with capital in Chichester. Located in the East region, it is bordered on the north by Surrey, on the east by East Sussex, on the south by the English Channel and on the west by Hampshire, Sussex County was divided into east and west administrative regions, with councils of the county separated, in 1888. However, until 1974 when the actual division occurred, they continued to form a single county. The highest point of West Sussex is located in Black Down, with a height of 280 ms s. N. M.
