Mahaica-Berbice
Mahaica-Berbice is a region of Guyana of 4,190 km², which borders the Atlantic Ocean to the north, with the region of East Berbice-Corentyne to the east, with the region of Demerara-Berbice to the south and with the region of Demerara-Mahaica to West. It contains the cities of Rosignol, Fort Washington, Mahaicony and Helena. The Mahaica River is located along the western border of the region. The Berbice River is the eastern border. The Mahaicony and Abary rivers run from the south to the north.
