Kericho County is a county in Kenya. It is located in the Rift Valley, in the southwest of the country. The most important capital and town is Kericho. The total population of the county is of 752 396 inhabitants according to the census of 2009. The inhabitants are known like Kipsigis, a precolonial ethnic group that is dedicated to the culture of wheat, corn and tea.
