Tepexi de Rodríguez is one of the 217 municipalities that make up the Mexican state of Puebla. Its head is the town of Tepexi de Rodríguez. The main towns of the municipality are Tepexi de Rodríguez, Huejonapan, Santo Domingo Chapultepec, Almolonga, San Felipe Otlaltepec, Huajoyuca, Progreso, Tula, Agua de Santa Ana, Lomas de San Francisco and Moralillo.
