Huitzilan de Serdán
The municipality of Huitzilan de Serdán is one of the 217 municipalities that make up the state of Puebla. It was founded in 1895 and its head is the city of Huitzilan, representing a model municipality of development in a particularly poor rural region of the country. It has been governed in a collective organized participation scheme under the guidance and coordination of the National Antorchist Movement.
