Sherman County
Sherman County, founded in 1886, is one of 105 counties in the US state of Kansas. In the year 2005, the county had a population of 6,153 inhabitants and a population density of 2.2 people per km². The county seat is Goodland, and the county gets its name in honor of soldier William Tecumseh Sherman.
