City of Norton
Norton, founded in 1894, is one of 39 independent cities in the US state of Virginia. In 2005, the city had a population of 3,677 inhabitants and a population density of 200.2 people per km², making it the city with the least population in the state. For census purposes the Bureau of Economic Analysis combines the City of Norton with the county of Wise.
