Bourbon County is one of the 105 counties of the state of Kansas, in the United States. The county seat is Fort Scott, which is also its most populous city. The county has an area of 1,655 km², a population of 14,950 inhabitants and its population density is 9.1 hab / km2. This county was founded on August 25,1855.
