Elbasan
The county of Elbasan is one of the 12 counties of Albania. It is composed of the Elbasan, Gramsh, Librazhd and Peqin districts with Elbasan as its capital. Since the reform of 2015, it has been organized in the municipalities of Belsh, Cërrik, Elbasan, Gramsh, Librazhd, Peqin and Prrenjas.
