Bougainville
Bougainville is the largest of the islands of the archipelago of the Solomon Islands and belongs to the state of Papua New Guinea, which is the Autonomous Region of Bougainville along with the island of Buka and the Carteret Islands. It has an area of 9318 km² and has more than 234,300 inhabitants. The main city is Arawa.
