Ömnögovĭ
The aymag of Ömnögovi is one of the 21 aymags of Mongolia. It is located in the southern part of the country, in the Gobi desert. Its area is 165,377 km² The capital of Aymag is the city of Dalanzadgad, which is located 540 kilometers south of the capital, Ulan Bator. The province is very rich in mineral deposits, including gold and copper.
