Faryab
Fāryāb is one of the thirty-two provinces of Afghanistan. It is located in the north of the country. It has an area of 20,292 km², which in terms of extension is similar to that of El Salvador or Slovenia. Its population is 931,977 inhabitants. Its capital is Maymanah. Other important cities are Andhvoy, Darzi Āb and Dawlātābād.
