Marshall Islands
The Marshall Islands, officially the Republic of the Marshall Islands, is an island country located in the Pacific Ocean, in the region of Micronesia. He was part of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands and was under the administration of the United States. It reached complete independence in accordance with international legality on December 22,1990, when the United Nations officially terminated the trust over the territory, becoming one of the youngest countries in Oceania. He is a member of the UN and APEC.
